What's in it
4%Real cookie pieces.
Real cookie pieces, four percent of the tub, so there is texture at the bottom of the glass. The cream is the isolate itself with vanilla.
The most calories in the range, at 115 per scoop. Also the one people re-order most. Both things are true.
Ingredients: Whey protein isolate (milk), cookie pieces (4%) (wheat flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, cocoa powder, salt, raising agent), natural flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose).
How it mixes.
- 300 ml
Water
Cold water, one scoop, ten seconds in a shaker. Clean, light, no clumps at the bottom.
- 250 ml
Milk
Turns it into something closer to a dessert. Stir, do not shake, if you want it thick.
- ½ scoop
Oats or yoghurt
Folded into overnight oats or Greek yoghurt. It dissolves, it does not sit on top.

From people who bought Cookies & Cream.
“There are visible cookie bits. In a protein shake. I did not know I needed that.”
“Thick with milk, light with water. Either way it does not taste like a supplement.”
